Restaurant Manager

Responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, banquets and events. Sell and plan special and catered events, create marketing materials and assist the General Manager with daily operations.  Hire, manage, train and schedule all restaurant and banquet staff. Manage POS daily. Enter inventory, create daily specials sheets with Executive Chef. Order restaurant operational items such as linens, liquor and beverages. Ensure guest service meets restaurant standards; maintain customer satisfaction. Respond to customer complaints, taking appropriate action to solve the problem. Staff, train and develop floor personnel and hourly employees through orientations, ongoing feedback and by conducting performance reviews. Closely monitor the safety of the restaurant guests and staff through execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines. Lead all financial areas including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth.


 Minimum requirement:    5 yrs exp in job offer or as F&B Manager.
